Description
Work with your team to remove trash & litter at a private park cleanup! This application is for groups that do not need SSL forms. We ask for a two weeks notice before your cleanup.
Group types include:
- Businesses, Corporations, & Adult volunteer groups (no minors)
- Youth groups that do not need our SSL forms
- Scout troops with elementary aged children
- Community organizations/programs
- Public schools/clubs
- Private schools/clubs
Steps:1. Apply using the
group registration
2. Confirm cleanup details (qualified park or trail, date, time, # volunteers)
3. Pick up your Cleanup Kit & review guidelines
4. Have a fun and safe cleanup!
5. Submit your cleanup results, volunteer sign-in sheets, and email us minor release forms.

Requirements:- Coordinate cleanups with Watershed Cleanup Staff (and your organization)
- Communicate with your volunteer base
- Follow park policy & safety guidelines
- Collect and submit minor release forms from underage volunteers that attend cleanup without a parent/guardian (ex: school day of service)
Qualifications:- Must be 18 years & up
- Able to lead volunteers of diverse ages and backgrounds
- Able to walk outdoors for up to 3 hours in a variety of trail surfaces and weather conditions (not including severe weather)
- Must be comfortable accessing areas off trail & in streams
